...as far as bartenders and bartending goes, we will have a little something for everyone. You might be a frightened neophyte looking to improve your Lemon Drop game or a seasoned bar pro with a liver that resembles the surface of an inhospitable planet. Or you might be somewhere in between, no worries, we got the goods for you. All of the entries within are geared towards improving your game behind the bar. Even if that particular bar is your kitchen counter, whilst you demonstrate your mixology skills to the neighbors.

 

As for me, the first time I stepped behind a bar seems like yesterday, but that particular yesterday was 35 years ago. I was nervous as hell for that first shift, but now I feel more at home behind the plank than damn near anywhere else. It’s my realm of contentedness.

 

In that lengthy span, I’ve poured a lot of booze, met a lot of people—cool and otherwise—and learned a lot of lessons; so I thought that it would be a blast to pass along some of that spirit infused education to anyone willing to listen. Hopefully, we'll have some fun along the way too, because that’s what it’s really all about right? Well….and making buckets of money; I’m not completely full of shit.
